This is a 1951 Hudson Hornet Rat Rod that sports an old patina paint job with tons of hand painted art work and lettering. It has a finish that usually seen on old race cars of the 1950s and 1960s. It has stock steering and suspension. New interior, headliner and factory gauges.
It is equipped with a 292 Chevrolet six cylinder that is rated at 180 horsepower. Engine features include a Offenhauser Intake Manifold, dual carburetors, finned valve covers, high lift cam, 198 marine head for that Twin H Power look. Includes a 350 automatic transmission.

The chassis is completely one off, entirely tube and perfectly rigid. All four wheels and tires are 295/50-15 on 10” wheels. 2” drop mustang II spindles and custom built A-arms. The rear axle is a GM 10 bolt held in place by a triangulated 4 link. The engine is a Chevrolet 383 and rated at 420 horsepower with a Comp Bad Mother Thumper cam. Holley double pumper 750 sits on top of a high rise intake. A built 700R4 with a 2800 stall and Locar shifter put you into gear. The car is typically called a rat rod and it definitely has the look but it was designed to be a bit more of a street legal race car.
